Give us your address and phone number at the checkout, and we’ll sort out the rest. For metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, Gold Coast and Brisbane all mattress orders placed by 2pm will be delivered next day (excludes weekends and public holidays). Accessories such as bases, sheets, pillows, protectors and dog beds may be shipped separately and arrive at a later date to your mattress order. Most other locations will be delivered within 3 and 7 business days, while most remote areas will take up to 14 business days. Please see our free delivery page for any important updates here.

Read our welcome pack, which comes with opening instructions, and use the provided opening ‘tool’. You’ll need to remove the blue outer wrapper with the tool provided, taking care not to puncture the inner vacuum bag. Then the mattress unrolls, just like a newspaper and expands slowly over the next few hours. Then, voila! You have a brand-spanking-new ultra-comfortable mattress.

Our mattress works well on any stable and level base, which has the muscle power to support it. We recommend choosing a slat or slat-ensemble bed base. All bases, double and larger, should have good central support.

We believe a mattress should always be used with a mattress protector, for just-in-case scenarios. Mattress protectors are a great shield against spills and stains, so they can extend the durability and lifespan of your mattress dramatically.

Because our mattresses are one sided, you don’t need to worry about flipping your mattress on your own. But we do recommend rotating your mattress from top to bottom every few months.

At Sleep Republic, we believe that everyone is entitled to a great night’s sleep, completely risk-free. If, for any reason, within 150 days of purchase, you don’t like your mattress, we’ll refund you. Your mattress just needs to be undamaged and unmarked. We’ll arrange to collect it from you, if necessary.

No. We want your purchase to be completely free from risk. We don’t charge pickup or transport fees, as long as your area is serviced by one of our collecting charities. Sometimes, we include items like pillows or sheets as part of a special offer with your purchase. We’ll need those back if you want a full refund. Please note: All returned mattresses must be enclosed in the original plastic bag provided at the time of sale. This is a strict requirement, as our freight companies will not collect or transport mattresses that are not securely sealed in this protective covering. The plastic bag ensures the mattress is kept hygienic, damage-free, and easy to handle during the return process. Customers are responsible for ensuring their mattress is properly repacked before pickup can be arranged.

All returned mattresses are usually donated to the Salvos, or another of our charities. We will never resell a mattress after it has been used.
