In Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane and Gold Coast we can offer next day delivery for mattress orders placed before 2pm. Take note: we’re not talking about ‘ship next day’ – we look to deliver next day! (Excluding weekends and public holidays). Most other locations will be delivered within 3 - 7 business days, while the most remote areas may take up to 21 business days.

WHAT IMPACTS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Australia is a big country and doesn’t have a heavily developed regional rail network for freight, nor the large number of high population centres that Europe or the US have. Often deliveries will be shipped via regional warehouses and dispatched to the final address by a different vehicle or specialist carrier for that location (just like many airline ‘hub and spoke’ operations).
Although we offer next day delivery on our mattresses, in some locations the final delivery runs don’t happen every day because of the distances and sparse population, they might only be once or twice a week.
PACKAGED FOR DELIVERY
The compression and packaging technology we use ensures that the mattress is safely wrapped and cocooned for its often very lengthy journey.
Each mattress is vacuum sealed and rolled before being put in a tough plastic sleeve for further protection.
All this is then secured in a tough heavy duty outer carton with its own wheels and handle to help with maneuvering.
The lengthy transport process can often be harsh on boxes but as bad as the ‘battle scars’ can sometimes seem the mattress is sheltered from all of this and ready for action after unpacking.

Delivery is free to most metro and inner regional areas across Australia!
We offer Free Delivery to major metropolitan cities and inner regional areas. Please note the following breakdown as determined by our delivery partners:
Metro Areas (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Perth & Hobart): Free delivery.
Inner Regional Areas: Free delivery is available where our delivery partners operate.
Outer Regional Areas: A flat delivery rate may apply. You’ll be notified at checkout if your address falls into this category.
Remote Regional Areas: Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to some remote regional locations not serviced by our delivery partners.

For metropolitan Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, and Gold Coast, Sleep Republic Original Mattress orders placed by 2pm will be delivered next day, subject to stock availability (excludes weekends and public holidays). Accessories such as base, pillow, sheets, protector, and dog bed may be shipped separately and arrive at a later date to your mattress order. For other areas, delivery will usually be between 3 and 7 business days, depending on location (up to 14 business days for some rural and remote areas).Please note: Delivery is to your front door only.
